Once the residence of actor Omar Sharif, Lagomar on Lanzarote is now a gourmet restaurant and cultural centre. According to the site, the house "hangs on the cliffs of Nazaret with breathtaking views over the valley... this unique house, built into the volcanic rock left visible inside many rooms, is surrounded by magical gardens, with caves, tunnels and secret passages".
