Hi,
I would be most grateful for any advice anyone could give me.
At the age of 41 (and with a background in media/ broadcasting) I am seriously considering a change of career to landscape architecture.
As supporting myself through a full BA course is likely to be beyond me financially, I am looking at the moment to a course such as the one-year Graduate Certificate Conversion Course in Landscape Architecture at Leeds.
I would really appreciate any advice anyone can give me about this or similar courses, plus any thoughts or pointers on realistic job prospects at the end of it.
Whilst age may not be on my side, commitment, enthusiasm and a degree of relevant knowledge certainly are, and I'm convinced I would be doing the right thing as long as I have a reasonable chance of finding employment.
Many thanks,
Anne C.
