I have been offered a frelance position to do a £d visulaistaion of a new housing development.

I am wondering what i shouild charge, and perhaps how i should charge.

Would people like to suggest what would be a competative rate per hour and perhaps some suggestions on how to break down the charges. The finished piece will be placed on a display boiard and be used to sell the property.

Almost any information on how to charge this job would be appreciated
