Recently we have developed an Architectural CAD Outsourcing business and now we are looking for a business partner in the UK who are willing to 1. Take the CAD outsourcing business on board alongside me as well as source some work to us initially to get things going or 2. Help me find an interested party or 3. Help market the business Please visit our website www.VCCL.org.uk to get an idea of the nature of the business. I'm going to give you some details about the business so that you can have a look at it and give me a feedback. If you feel interested to know more about this business opportunity then please let me know. I'll send you more details as well as give you a call to talk through it.
We are looking for a partner immediately to do project management role as well as develop and market the business in the UK (in real terms just to have a final look at the output drawings and bit of client liaison). We have already developed complete 'trade information' i.e. operational and logistical procedures, pricing schemes etc. From operational point of view our partner in UK will only need a phone, a fax and a broadband connection. We will give all of us a VCCL e-mail account (and instructions with screenshots to set it up in your MS Outlook) and guidelines to manage the business. Trust me all these are pretty simple!
Our pricing schemes include 15% profit share for you. But you will have complete freedom over pricing a job as long as I have the operational cost.
I'm a degree qualified Architect (PgDip Arch, UEL) from UK and have four years UK work experience ranging from residential refurb schemes to new build educational projects. I plan to come back to London at the end of May to meet you with more detailed (promotional) plan for the business. In the mean time I would expect my business partner in the UK to source me some work so that I can fine tune the whole process. We already employ 6 people in our Dhaka office. At this point of time I personally get some work from my previous employers. My friend Angelo Joseph (from London) is helping me now but we would need someone serious in CAD outsourcing business. We will add our partner's contact details in our website.
How we make business sense: 01. Cost benefit element is the key issue of outsourcing Architectural CAD drawing process. Each of our pricing schemes is atleast 40%+ less than what other companies (ltd company) in UK charge. (For you - VCCL price schemes includes share of profit margin for our UK partner which is 15% of the total cost of the project. But you'll have complete freedom over pricing a job.) 02. Effortless communication is the vital part of this type of business, hence working hours of VCCL- 'Operation Cell' will reflect UK business hours (09.00GMT to 17.30 GMT - Monday to Saturday). In business terms it translates as real time service. 03. Pay per use, so there's no waste! 04. Simple logistics, quick turnaround time and superior quality drawings/models. With the advantages of skype/msn, we can brief each other at days end/days beginning and when our clients get into the office an updated set of drawings/images, can be waiting for them, done overnight during your unproductive night. 05. 24 hours working! which alleviates unpaid overtime, resulting in happier staff. It's simply a supply and demand process. If there is demand for work to be done punctually, we supply it, at a very high standard of quality, on time! simple.
If you're interested or if you know anyone who would be interested to know more about the business opportunity then please do not hesitate to contact me at ben.alam@vccl.org.uk or have a chat on MSN (- blocked -) or Skype (ben.alam) with your landline phone number.
Kindest regards, Ben Alam Chief Executive Officer www.VCCL.org.uk
