Managing large programmes using contractors under framework contracts places particular demands on the organisations managing the contracts and the systems needed to support them. In addition, the Audit Commission needs to ensure that the money is being spent wisely and the processes are auditable.
This seminar will put forward a view of best practice in a range of business processes from setting up the contracts to managing variations and payments, and explain what the supporting systems need to do to support this. We will also provide case studies from a number of relevant organisations that we have worked with over recent years to illustrate the approach. |
